What is the hatch rate for Buff Orpington eggs?
Our eggs have consistently high fertility. Actual hatch rates depend on your incubator settings and handling — expect 60–90% under good conditions. We can’t guarantee specific rates, but we stand behind the quality of our eggs.
How are the eggs packaged?
Each egg is individually wrapped and packed in biodegradable cushioning. We’ve refined our packaging to handle Royal Mail transit well — breakages are rare.
How long can I store hatching eggs before setting them?
Set within 7 days of receipt for the best hatch rates. Store pointy end down in a cool room (12–15°C) — never in the fridge.
Do you also sell live Buff Orpington chicks or hens?
